Known as the Vehicle and Operators Service Agency this organisation looks after all the legislation which covers your vehicle whilst it is on the road.

You can of course chose no to adhere to these rules but you do stand a chance of hurting yourself, someone else or your vehicle. The basic principle of the agency is to set a standard of safety and competance for us the general public to refer to.
